Stomp Bikes releases new Warranty Policy for EBOX2.0 and EBOX1.6 Models

EBOX – Electric dirtbike Trade Warranty effective April 1, 2024

Warranty Coverage:

Stomp Distribution Ltd extends the following parts-only warranty for trade purposes, commencing from the original retail purchase date. Given that the bike is delivered in a crate, it is imperative for trade partners to engage a qualified motorcycle mechanic for proper assembly. Failure to adhere to this prerequisite will result in the nullification of the trade warranty associated with the bike. To initiate a trade warranty claim, a copy of the bike's Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) must be provided.

For eligibility under the trade warranty, it is mandatory to register the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of the bikes with Stomp Distribution. Registration can be completed through the following link: https://form.123formbuilder.com/3063093/. Additionally, trade partners can access the Stomp EBOX user manual, inclusive of a PDI guide, at the following link: https://eboxelectric.com/media/Ebox%20manual%20V4.pdf.

Stomp Distribution extends the following trade warranty coverage for electric bike components:

1, Battery:

Coverage: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Stomp Distribution guarantees the battery, encompassing any defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of battery failure within the stipulated warranty period, a replacement will be provided (All depleted batteries should be returned to Stomp Distribution for recycling). Diagnosis of a fault must be conducted by an authorized EBOX dealer.

Batteries will not be eligible for coverage if brake kill switches are removed or if the instructions outlined in the EBOX user manual are not adhered to.

Specifically, during periods of vehicle inactivity, it is essential to recharge the battery at least once a month until regular use is reinstated. Failure to turn off the power switch or neglecting to charge the product for an extended duration may result in the battery reaching a state where it is unable to retain a charge.

  1. Motor, Controller, and Other Components:

Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Stomp Distribution provides a trade warranty for the motor, controller, and all other electric bike components, excluding wear and tear parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a failure of any of these components within the specified trade warranty period, replacement parts will be sent to be fitted by a qualified mechanic.

-Disconnecting brake switches

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a trade warranty claim, the buyer should contact the authorized dealer from whom the product was originally purchased during the specified trade warranty period. The Trader is required to complete the warranty form available at https://form.123formbuilder.com/6338030/all-warranty. It is essential to ensure that all details are accurately completed; failure to fill out the form in its entirety may result in the denial of the trade warranty. Upon verification of the trade warranty claim, the company will, at its discretion, proceed with either repairing or replacing the faulty parts.
